Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of purchase.

Products/Items should be UNUSED with the tags intact and in saleable condition.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

Customers can exchange the Silver Articles bought from us at any of our showrooms for a new Silver Articles with ’appropriate price’ for the old Silver Articles.

Silver Palace shall solely determine the ’appropriate price’ which includes the charge based on the prevailing market price of metals or stones.
